All orders placed on the NRSH website are subject to payment confirmation and stock availability.
Orders are generally processed within 24–48 working hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, customers receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp, including order details and estimated delivery timelines.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2–7 working days, depending on the delivery location, courier partner availability, and external factors beyond NRSH’s control. We do request to bear with us in the case of slight delays.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary for remote or non-serviceable areas.

Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive shipment tracking details via email or WhatsApp, enabling them to track the delivery status of their order.

Shipping Coverage

NRSH currently ships to most locations across India, subject to courier partner serviceability.
Delivery may not be available in certain pin codes or regions.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

Courier partners usually attempt delivery multiple times before returning an order to origin.
If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, customers are advised to contact NRSH customer support for assistance.

Free Shipping

There is no minimum order value required to place an order on the NRSH website.
Free shipping may be offered on orders above Rs.599.

Limitation of Liability

NRSH shall not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, natural calamities, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
